KIDS JIU-JITSU

ADULT JIU-JITSU

CJJFIT

CJJFIT is our Strength and Conditioning Classes that cater to beginners and all levels, providing a supportive and inclusive environment. Focus on foundational movements, techniques, and progressive exercises to build strength, endurance, and overall kickstart your fitness.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

In the heart of our Jiu-Jitsu community, inclusivity and empowerment drive everything we do. Our special program caters to homeschool kids, individuals with special needs, and those in foster care, including foster caregivers. We believe in Jiu-Jitsu's transformative power, serving as a supportive foundation instilling confidence, discipline, and physical well-being.
